Change-over day is currently flexible subject to availability. Additional days are available, as are bookings of less than a week,
based on a percentage of the weekly cost.  Stays of 5 or 6 nights duration will be charged at the normal weekly rate.  Please contact us for details.

A deposit of £100 is required to confirm your stay at the time of booking, with the remainder due no later than one month prior to your arrival date.
Bookings that are made less than a month before arrival the full payment is required.

A refundable damages deposit of £100 is required with your final payment.  
This will be refunded, less any necessary deductions for damage, within ten working days of your departure.

Cancellation charges are as follows:-

More than 60 days before arrival date - full refund
Less than 60 days but more than 30 - £100 deposit
Less than 30 days - full weekly rate
